2. If the date is available, we will send you the link to our booking form and details for payment of the booking fee

3. Both of these will be required before your date is confirmed in the diary; we would advise you to contact us again if time has passed between us sending the booking form link and you completing this as the date may have been taken in the meantime.

4. A booking confirmation will be sent out to you, and your date is in the diary!
