Terms and Conditions

When choosing to book with Little Pickle Soft Play, you agree to the following:

 

Booking/Deposit

1. Your booking is not secure until we receive the completed booking form and £50 booking fee, and you have received confirmation

2. An invoice will be sent to you 7 days prior to the hire date. The £50 booking fee is not taken off of the final balance; it is held as a 'damage deposit' and will be returned to you within 48 hours of the hire if the equipment is collected in the condition it was delivered in. If any damage is caused to the equipment during the hire, the deposit will be retained in order to pay for the repair of the equipment. In the event of serious damage, we reserve the right to request further payment towards the cost of repair.

3. The full balance for the hire (please remember the deposit isn't taken off of the final balance) will be payable 48 hours prior to the booking date.

 

Cancellation

4. If you wish to cancel your booking within 7 days of the date of your event, your booking fee is non refundable. This is due to the work that would have taken place to prepare for your event

5. If you wish to cancel your booking more than 7 days prior to the date of your event, the booking fee paid can be refunded or transferred to another date (subject to availability)

6. If Little Pickle Soft Play needs to cancel your booking, any monies paid will be fully refunded

 

Hire

7. You are responsible for the equipment for the period of the hire. We ask that the following are adhered to:

- The age limit for use of the equipment is 4 and under (2 and under for our 'Teeny Pickle' package


- Please ensure that the children using the equipment are supervised at all times. Little Pickle Soft Play accepts no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is hired. All persons using the equipment do so at their own risk


- All shoes, jewellery, badges, sharp objects and any other items that may cause damage to the equipment are to be removed prior to use of the equipment.


- Socks must be worn at all times.


- No face paints, glitter, party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string or anything that may cause damage to the material of the equipment is to be used either on or near the equipment. Smoking is not allowed on or near the equipment


- It is the hirers responsibility to ensure balls are collected towards the end of your event, and for all balls to be in the ball pit when we come to collect. The equipment must also be clean, otherwise a deep cleaning fee may be charged

 
- You are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient space to set out the equipment, this also includes access to the venue. Little Pickle Soft Play will not accept liability for any cancellations or monies lost as a result of this not being considered prior to the hire.


- We are unable to guarantee the weather and therefore the equipment is to be used indoors only, unless you are able to provide adequate cover and we are satisfied that the equipment will not be damaged. We will not refund any monies in the event of bad weather if you have not considered an alternative (i.e. indoors). When booking, we will ensure that you have an alternative before we send the payment details for the booking fee

 

Delivery 

8. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Rochford. If your address is between 10-20 miles of Rochford, this will incur a flat rate delivery fee of £10. After 20 miles, an additional £1 per mile is payable. 

9. If the event address is within the ULEZ/Congestion Charge area, the appropriate fee will be payable
